MR. HARMAN was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1970; the District of Columbia Bar in 1972 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, U.S. District Court, District of Maryland and U.S. District Court, District of Columbia, 1974, D.C. Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court; registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Harman holds a B.S. in engineering from North Carolina State University and received his J.D. degree from American University's Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. Mr. Harman maintains a general practice with emphasis in the following areas:

  • Commercial Litigation: Civil disputes involving commercial transactions, contracts and business-related matters; Intellectual Property Litigation.
  • Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights: Representing Debtors and Creditors before the Bankruptcy Courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia and specially before courts nationwide in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases;
